The vines for our Mâcon-Loché border those of its big brother Pouilly-Loché. The soils are rich in clay and schist making wines with body and roundness but also with a good freshness.

Gentle pressing in pneumatic press and slow fermentation with natural yeasts. Half of the cuvée was aged in 600L oak barrels (one third new); the other half was aged in temperature controlled stainless-steel vats. After 12 months, the wine was blended together, filtered lightly and bottled with a small amount of sulfite to ensure stability and freshness of the wine.
Aromas of ripe stone fruits complemented by a touch of vanilla and sweet spice from the oak. This wine has an excellent balance and a long fresh finish
