Vinemaking

  • The grapes enter the cellar by gravity straight into our pneumatic presses
  • We use temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, and a barrel cellar with sizes of 228L, 600L and 3000L
  • All our wines are fermented spontaneously, no yeasts are added
  • We follow a minimal intervention philosophy and add very little to our wines during their elaboration process
  • All our wines are stabilised with bentonite fining (vegan), a light tangential filtration and a small amount of sulphur to ensure freshness and a safe ageing
