WINEMAKINGGrapes went through cold maceration for 2 weeks to extract colour from the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged in 600L oak barrels during 12 months to get the fine tannins, the structure and the finesse this wine deserves.
TASTING NOTESGivry offers a natural richness with ripe red and black fruit aromas, a deep colour and a good structure. It is balanced by a refreshing acidity. The fine tannins and the concentration will allow the wine to age well.
