WINEMAKINGGrapes went through cold maceration for 2 weeks to extract colour from the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine was aged in 228L oak barrels during 10 months to get the fine tannins, the structure and the finesse this wine deserves.
TASTING NOTESDeep ruby colour. Aromas of black cherry, spices and cocoa beans, this wine is rich and balanced. The fine tannins and the concentration will allow the wine to age well.
