The vineyard
Our vines are situated essentially in the village of La Roche Vineuse. The wines are vinfied and assembled to produce a traditional red Burgundy. The soils are varied with clay-limestone and clay-silt.


100% Pinot Noir.

Average age of vines: 15 years.
Annual production: 7000 bottles.


7 to 10 day fermentation. Further fermentation in temperature-regulated stainless-steel vats. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. On fine lees in oak barrels exclusively with the less manipulation possible . Maturation: 6 to 8 months. Long stabilisation with moderate cooling. Bonding if necessary. A single, light filtration before bottling with care by a professional group. Real cork.


Goes well with cheese and certain meats and fowl.
Serve between 12° and 14° C
