The vines of Domaine Perraud come from different grape varieties, Chardonnay, Aligoté, Gamay, Pinot noir and are planted on clay-limestone soils, spanning over 5 communes, which makes it possible to develop wines of different appellations and of great diversity.

Currently, we are moving towards an increasingly reasoned agriculture to arrive in a few years towards an organic agriculture.
Our cultivation methods, including tillage, give us the most accurate expression of our terroirs.
